A mixed growth lodgepole pine forest provides partial shade and summer wildflowers are abundant. Island Park Reservoir offers boating, waterskiing, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing, as well as boat ramps and fish cleaning stations. There are 47 single sites, 6 double sites and 1 group site. There is a boat ramp.
