One is called the Chimney Pad 18' lateral feet- it includes an outdoor chimney, BBQ pits, outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen sink, fish cleaning station, water electric and sewer hookups. The other lot is called the Creek Pad - it is 24' lateral feet- it includes an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen sink, fish cleaning station, water electric hookups. Chairs, tables, and trash cans are included with both lots.
