Oak Shores Campground is a campground or RV park located in Decatur.

Bicycles are welcome, and must be equipped with proper reflectors and lights to be used after dark. Due to the volume of vehicles in the park, rollerblades, rollerscates, skateboards, scooters, and the like, are not allowed in the park at this time. We appolizige for any inconvenience. All Basic and Premium Rental Units have the necessary amenities to make your camping experience truly enjoyable and convenient. Each unit is fully equipped with pool, bath and bed linens, cooking and tableware, and include a coffee maker, microwave oven, and toaster. In 2005 we added several Premium Cabins and Park Model Trailers that have air conditioning and TV's with VCR or DVD players. Rent one of our Premium Rental Units by the week and it includes use of a golf cart and row boat, and free firewood and movie rentals for the week. See our rates and policies page for more information. Oak Shores Campground sits on the shores of beautiful Knickerbocker Lake that has fishing, a clean sandy beach and swimming area. Oak Shores Campground has 240 sites in a variety of settings that can accommodate almost any size and type of camping unit from tent to Class A recreational vehicle. With lake front and beach front sites, pull-through sites and sites that can easily accommodate park models, there is a site to please almost every camper. All sites area grassy and range from full shade to full sun and include water, a picnic table and a fire ring. Most site are about 30' x 50' with 20/30-amp electrical service and sewer hookup. Larger premium sites are about 38' x 70' with 50-amp electrical service and sewer hookup. A dump station is also available.
