Trailside RV Park is a campground or RV park located in Grain Valley.

Trailside RV Park’s history dates back to the 1960s. Back then, we were a campground operated by Charlie Francis and family, who later converted the property to an RV park which they continued to manage until 2008. The name “Trailside” refers to what used to be a stretch of agricultural land along the highway from here to Kansas City. In the last 10-15 years Grain Valley, MO has boomed into a suburban bedroom community of roughly 12,000. What was once peaceful farmland in the “middle of nowhere” has now become a thriving metropolis!
