Town & Country R.V. Resort is an adult gated community in Sanford, FL. Conveniently located between Orlando and Daytona Beach Town & Country offers easy access to Disney World and Daytona International Speedway while giving all the comforts of a relaxed wooded atmosphere. For those who are busy and on the go Town & Country is within 2 miles from Seminole Town Center Mall (a two story five anchor mall) and a variety of restaurants. Be sure to visit historical downtown Sanford which has an air of days past including antique shops, quaint cafe's and a river walk. For those who enjoy the simple life Town & Country offers a swimming pool, heated December through March, free pool tables, shuffle board, horseshoes, bingo and many other onsite amenities and activities. A Winter activities committee and a Summer fun gang makes sure you are never bored during your stay. We also have our own official red hat chapter for the ladies. The Town & Country Red Hat Divas have monthly outings which includes shopping, plays, outings with other red hatters and always food.
