Located on Lake Champlain 9 miles west of Swanton off Route 78 on Tabor Road. 270 total sites. 92 WE, 178 with full hookups. Rental cabins available. You will also find a grocery store, wi-fi. rec. hall, baseball field, tennis, horseshoes, shuffleboard, playground, hot showers, laundry and LPG. Swimming in pool or in lake. Good fishing and boating. We have organized activities on weekends. Close to shopping and golf.We are only one hour from Montreal, Canada, Plattsburgh, NY, and Burlington, Vermont.
