Hunter Cove Park is located on a hard surfaced road on the eastern end of the lake. There are 160 total sites, 84 are electrical. Potable water, a dump station, and refuse containers are available at a central location near the entrance of the park. Many sites are reservable through the National Recreation Reservation Service, camp sites which are not reserved can be rented on first come first served basis. A boat ramp is located at the west end of the park and may be used free of charge with the paid camping fee, or $3/day for non campers. Gate Attendants are stationed at the entrance to the park, and are on duty through the recreation season to help you, our visitors, whether it is with your camping needs or to answer questions.
