Situated in a national recreation area, Mohican Outdoor Center offers visitors quiet wooded hikes to breathtaking waterfalls and to the soaring cliffs on the nearby Appalachian Trail with magnificent views of the Delaware Water Gap. Stroll to nearby wetlands to spot the local wildlife or visit Catfish Pond for a refreshing swimming hole, paddling, and fishing for bass, perch, pickerel, or sunfish. Mohican offers several self-service cabin options, ideal for groups who wish to cook their own meals. Pillows are provided—bring your own sleeping bag and towels. Our Demo Center offers guests the opportunity to try out Deuter backpacks, LEKI poles, MSR snowshoes, and LOWA boots.
